Processing + Shipping

Once you place your order, there is a 24-48 hour internal processing time.

We're gathering your items and preparing them to send your way.

Once shipped, you'll receive a confirmation and applicable tracking information.

We appreciate transparency, so we offer a tiered approach to shipping our products. You can find our shipping policies and rates here

Most domestic orders will, typically, arrive within 3-5 business days after shipping.

Currently, we are offering shipping for US orders (including AK, HI, APO, FPO + US Territories.) We know that some of you want to share our wholesome goodness worldwide; and, we're working on options to bring the jw soap co. product line globally

If, for some reason, you provided incorrect information for shipping - reach out to us as quickly as possible so that we can make any necessary changes before shipping your items.

We ship from our studio located in Fort Worth, Texas - 76244

We know how important your order is to you - which is why we provide tracking information. We love to watch the progress ourselves!

However, from time to time couriers may prematurely mark your order as delivered while it’s still in transit.

If you have not received your order, please check with neighbors, or anyone else who may have received your package on your behalf.

If you still cannot locate the order, we kindly ask that you wait a full 24 hours before reaching out to us so we can investigate.

Glad you asked! Being a Texas-based business, we get our fair share of warm weather - as you know.

To ensure that your products arrive in tip-top shape, we institute a "warm weather shipping program" during our warmest months, May - October.

RETURNS / REFUNDS

Yes, on certain items (please see below). You have 30 days from the date your order was received to request a return approval and RMA number from us.

A store credit will be issued - in the form of a gift card - for the price paid for the products only. 

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer / shipper.

Unfortunately, promotional codes will not be reactivated if used for your return order.

Unfortunately, we are only able to accept returns. However, you are welcome to place a new order with the gift card that will be issued for your returned items.

Not happy with your purchase, huh? No problem, we've got you covered.

Start by reaching out to us letting us know what you'd like to return and request an RMA number.

Package the items the same way they were received and head to your nearest courier. We suggest returning your items in a trackable manner.

Shoot us an email with the tracking number once the return is sent off.

Once we recieve your package, it'll take us a little time to unbox your return and check it off our list.

Once we're all good to go, we will send your gift card to the e-mail listed on the origional purcahse order.

Please allow us 3-5 business days to issue your gift card. 

Once we issue your store credit we will email you a gift card to the original email used to place the order - and voilà!
